HEALTH HINTS FOR YOU TODAY

However busy you are, observe all these to remain healthy:-

Drink less milk in your tea. Instead, add lemon or lime juice.

In the day time drink more water; but night time, drink less.

In the day don't drink more than 2 cups of coffee.

Eat less oily foods.

This is to bring to our notice that the last phase of SOPS Dean's cup quarter final competition continues tomorrow, *Monday 26th August 2019*

*SLT vs STA* (Venue: FUTO main pitch, Time 2pm)

The two departments will fight for the last spot in the semis.
Please let's come out in mass to cheer them up.

ELECTORAL GUIDELINES
1. Every Anambra Student with a photocopy of identification letter from your local government or any photocopy of document that identify that you from Anambra or NUASS I.D Card has right to vote for this forthcoming Election

2. The following position are still vacant for form collection
a. Director of Sport
b.Provost

For the purpose of Equity and Fairness, the Eleco committee has deem fit to extend the sales of form due to vacant positions in order to allow people pick up forms for those vacant positions listed above, Therefore Sales of form continue from 20th of August to 25th of August, 2019.

3. Eleco Screening:28th of August 2019

7. Election Proper : 29th of August 2019.
